Pasta Salad



INGREDIENTS:


•1 Cup Cooked Fusili Pasta


•1 Pkg/Can of Salmon, Drained


•1 Red Pepper, Diced


•1 Yellow Pepper, Diced


•1 Cup Steamed Asparagus


•1 Cup Sautéed Mushrooms


•Juice from ½ Lemon


•2 Tbs Olive Oil


•Salt and Pepper, to taste




METHOD:


Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and toss.

Put in the fridge for an hour before eating
